Tower 22 is a creative district brimming
with history where the Santa Fe Trail

From the very beginning I came in with very little resources and I didn’t really know a whole lot about what I was doing. And the Tower 22 team watched the business grow and opened up spaces for me as I expanded. It’s really been great working with them. They’ve been doing whatever is necessary to make sure that we could operate here.

I was attracted to Tower 22 because I see it becoming a tech hub for the same reasons California tech hubs formed in the early days. The space we found with Admora Partners was very cool and creative. It fits our company's culture, and it's central to the rest of Dallas.

I liked the option of being close to Deep Ellum but still being in my own bubble. I’m excited for what’s to come. I can envision cafes, little restaurants or boutiques. You can tell it’s up and coming. It’s quiet, but not too quiet. The buildings are so cool and so unique. It’s so beautiful. I was the first person in this building and it was like, all the windows were boarded up and I looked really bad and they brought me over here and I was like, it’s perfect.
