Built for innovation, the area is named for the signal tower that overlooked the crossing of the Texas Pacific Railway and the Gulf Colorado Santa Fe Railway, located where the present-day Santa Fe Trail intersects the DART light rail line today. A source of commerce and growth in the late 1800s through the roaring twenties, the area is poised for embodying the pioneering spirit of its founding companies. For innovative entrepreneurs looking for a space with historical roots and modern-day technologies, Tower 22 delivers.

When I saw the area, I already saw the vision. The energy of the Tower 22 District was undeniable—an emerging hub where creativity and community come together.

The new energy and the leaps and bounds that they're trying to do in this neighborhood jumping from past to present and bridging 2 different neighborhoods that have had a huge gap between them.

I liked the option of being close to Deep Ellum but still being in my own bubble. I’m excited for what’s to come. I can envision cafes, little restaurants or boutiques. You can tell it’s up and coming. It’s quiet, but not too quiet. The buildings are so cool and so unique. It’s so beautiful. I was the first person in this building and it was like, all the windows were boarded up and I looked really bad and they brought me over here and I was like, it’s perfect.

I was attracted to Tower 22 because I see it becoming a tech hub for the same reasons California tech hubs formed in the early days. The space we found with Admora Partners was very cool and creative. It fits our company's culture, and it's central to the rest of Dallas.
