Founded in 2011 by Caroline Perini and Miley Holmes, the brand blends top-tier ingredients with a rebellious spirit inspired by the cult classic “Easy Rider.”
They have earned national acclaim from D Magazine, Thrillist, and Zagat for its creative spin on the American slider. From food truck roots to spots at The Exchange and Deep Ellum, their story continues in Tower 22.
A Brave Move Towards Living Easy
After trying their luck in Deep Ellum, Easy Slider made the move to Tower 22 in 2025. This decision was driven by the desire for more creative freedom, greater connection with their community, and a fresh canvas to reintroduce the brand.
